By putting this adaptor board on top of your PIC microcontroller programmer board (EB006) you can create a fully functioning PIC programmer for 8, 14, 28, 20, 28 and 40 pin PIC devices with easy to use ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) sockets. For a full list of the devices supported please refer to the datasheet on the EB006. Note that the pins of the chip are not connected to the D-type sockets on the EB006.
